Adoption Resources & Counseling Center, Inc., is an authorized adoption agency licensed in the State of New York.  ARCC, Inc., is one of the few licensed adoption agencies in the country that exists primarily to provide clinical, educational, and supportive services for families of a wide array of adoption experiences.  With over 35 years of professional adoption experience, ARCC Inc. uses various resources to build bridges between children and families.
